Applications submitted on our website will come to us in the correct format, which means they will be processed faster & moreefficiently by our team of consultants. **The Company**: Our client is a well-established tour operator specialising in creating tours in Great Britain and Ireland **Main duties**: Creating and preparing itineraries and quotes with the purpose of increasing sales **The Role**: - Creating customised quotations, costings and itineraries for clients - Costing tours with prices from hotels, events and excursions - Creating relationship with your clients understanding their needs and meeting the necessary requirements - Convert offers and quotes into sales - Ensuring pricing is competitive and profitable - Preparation of tours including Hotel bookings and services according to itinerary - managing a portfolio of accounts ensuring details are recorded - providing 24 hour assistance - liaising with internal and external stakeholders / suppliers and hotels as necessary - provide team members with support as needed - Fluent in Italian (Written and spoken) - Essential**: - Previous experience in travel / tour operations beneficial - Knowledge of destinations in Great Britain and Ireland - Excellent communication and organisation skills - Proactive, Dynamic and ability to multi task - IT literate (MS Office) - Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives **The Salary: up to £30,000 p.a.
