In this role, you will manage the introduction of new Medstrom products into the Italian market, on time and to budget.Duties will include:- Close collaboration with Italian colleagues within the business, producing impactful European marketing materials - Trips to Italy to support the sales efforts - Welcome and run customer visitation in the UK for Italian customers - Be a key contact for the introduction of new products in Italy, in line with company marketing procedures - Keep up to date with competitor products and new product launches - Understand competitor price positioning in the market and make recommendations - Shadow members of the sales team to gain an understanding of their needs - Assist in the creation of marketing for the product range, utilising any clinical knowledge/understanding you possess - Create video content to support internal and external training - Present recommendations on specific marketing campaigns to help in the achievement of sales objectives - Champion the gathering and utilisation of clinical evaluation data - Analyse sales data across the product portfolio, and make recommendationsWorking hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday approx. 8.30am5.00pmAbout YouTo be considered as a Marketing Manager (Italian speaking), you will need:- To possess a qualification/degree in either Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar - Relevant experience within a European marketing environment is desirable - Fluent business-level Italian language skills are essential for effective communication across European markets - Clinical knowledge or background is extremely desirable - Excellent IT skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and process-driven - Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities - Friendly and approachable, a strong team player, but assertive when required - Customer-oriented (internal and external), with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service - Results-oriented, with a clear focus on commercial successIn addition to the salary and related benefits, you will join a company that has grown extensively within the last 5 years and, through our unique ownership model, is continuing to grow, whilst offering great career opportunities for those who are keen to progress.Webrecruit and Medstrom are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
