**Secondary School MFL Cover Supervisor (Modern Foreign Languages)**

We are seeking a Secondary **MFL** cover supervisor to start working in a fantastic Secondary school in the Hounslow area This is a full time position working 5 days a week and to be successful for this role you must be a qualified teacher or ECT & be able to cover year 7 to 11.

**The Role**:

- The role is for a full time MFL cover supervisor, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 15:00pm.
- Covering the class teachers absense
- you do not need to plan lessons / mark work
- Create an environment where students are motivated, ensuring that they stay engaged and focused on their tasks throughout the session.
- Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment by implementing effective strategies to manage student behaviour, thereby ensuring that all students can learn without disruption.
- Provide clear and confident guidance to students, assisting them in staying on track with their work and ensuring that they fully understand instructions and expectations.
- Take charge of organizing the classroom, ensuring that resources are effectively managed, and the learning environment is conducive to both teaching and learning.
- ** What We're Looking For**:

- Available full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Recent experience working with children in the UK is essential; prior Cover Supervisor experience is a plus.
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.
