**Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Operator to join our team based at West Middlesex University Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package**

Reporting to the Help Desk Supervisor, you will provide an on site effective and professional service desk facility to West Middlesex University Hospital, its stakeholders and other Bouygues E&S contracts.

**What will you deliver?**
- Receiving calls, logging on the FM Support System, feeding through to operational staff and reporting back to the end user/customers.
- Support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete.
- Provide administrative support to the department including dealing with telephone, written and personal enquiries.
- Provide reception support, being first point of contact for enquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Provide weekend and UK National holiday cover for Service Desk.
- Assist the Service Desk Supervisor in delivering high quality service provision to internal and external contractors.
- Play a full and active role in the continued development of the team through tool box talks, attendance at team meetings and provision of regular feedback to Service Desk Supervisor / Operations Manager.
- Where necessary, assist the Service Desk Supervisor with shift cover for annual leave and sickness. This may include night shifts as agreed by your Supervisor.
- Assist with car parking issues, answering intercom and issuing car park documentation.
- Comply with the Company’s Policies, Management Plans and Procedures.
- Fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adhering to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans.
- Support the company's Quality Policy statement and actively participate in the achievement of company and personal quality objectives.
- Undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Estates Department / Service Desk.
- Comply with the Company training requirements.

**Who are you?**
- Previous experience on a Helpdesk would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within Administration is a must.
- Good communicator, both oral & written.
