Looking for a capable, self assured, happy person to join my team. The role is admin based with field work when necessary only when the person is trained and ready to deal with meeting staff or clients.
Ideal person is someone that is more than capable of working alone without needing their hand held, someone who does not get stressed easily or take an overwhelmed approach to work.
Initially the role will seem quite a challenge to take on however once you have worked in the position for 3 months you will quickly see how easy the role can be once fully trained.
You will need to be able to use a computer, excel, word and outlook to their basic functions. Everything else can be shown to you.
Although the role itself is very important, the person for this role is equally as important as the right fit will not be compromised. Laziness in this role will not work. Someone who is happy, looking to enjoy their job and able to handle most situations would be best suited.
The role involves with full training given:
Recruiting staff, this is country wide so you will need to be able to write a job add and call staff to interview over the phone (this will all be taught to you)
Answering the phone
Dealing with staff in a friendly yet firm way
Admin - different systems and programs
Running DBS checks
Dealing with holiday requests
Ordering stock
Timesheets - calculating
Submitting wages
Invoicing
Other office based jobs
This role includes loads of learning and lots of opportunity to have. If you are interested in going forward within the company there are other roles to aspire to such as contracts manager if you’re capable and if this is something you wish to do.
Brentwood based role, will initially be trained in head office and then move to a separate office in the local area after 6 months
Please note that I am looking for someone that wants a career not a short term job. I will take the time to train and show you everything you need to know, I ask for that to be met with loyalty and growth.
