We value teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to achieving business goals. **Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - **Accurate Completion of Material Documentation**: - Ensure all material documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Maintain compliance with internal and external standards for record-keeping and reporting. - Address discrepancies in documentation promptly and effectively. - **Coordination of Drivers and Deliveries**: - Schedule and coordinate drivers for deliveries to customers and suppliers. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, maintaining clear communication with all parties involved. - Address any issues related to logistics or delivery promptly. - **Purchasing and Supplier Management**: - Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and contracts. - Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. - Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors. - **Office Administration**: - Oversee general office operations, including maintaining supplies and equipment. - Organize and manage documentation, both physical and digital, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date. - Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks. - **Business Support**: - Take on new tasks as required to support the needs of the business. - Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflow processes. - Provide support during projects or business initiatives as needed. **Qualifications and Skills**: - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment. - Strong negotiation and purchasing skills, with experience in supplier management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. - Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary based on experience. - Opportunities for professional development and growth. - Supportive and collaborative work environment. - [Add any additional benefits, such as "pension scheme," "flexible working hours," etc.] **How to Apply**: Pay: £24,800.00-£27,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Casual dress - Company events - Company pension - Employee discount - Free parking - Life insurance - On-site parking - Referral programme - Sick pay Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends **Education**: - A-Level or equivalent (required) **Experience**: - Office Administration: 2 years (required) - Purchasing/buying: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work authorisation: - United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 06/01/2025
