**Senior Compensation Program Manager**

- Salary will be within the range of £75,000 to £85,000 per annum.

**Sample of the Core duties & responsibilities**:
- Work in critical partnership with the Head of EMEA compensation, employee experience partners in EMEA to align global programs with regional compensation and local requirements.
- Provide compensation advising and detailed analysis on all aspects of compensation programs, including base salary, and incentive programs as needed.
- Provide support for HR Business Partners and Line Managers throughout the year and through the Rewards Check In process
- Advise HR Business Partners, and Talent Selection team in making compensation and job-related recommendations for promotions, new hires, transfers, job matches and job levelling.
- Provide input to compensation program owners to improve global compensation programs and ensure programs meet local business needs.
**Your Profile**:
- 7+ years’ experience in compensation in a complex EMEA or Global business environment
- Previous work with programs such as Gender based reporting, large scale pay reviews.
- Be capable of leading a small team.
- Program/Project Management experience.
- Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical.
