**D365 ERP Project Manager**

**Dynamics 365 / Great Plains / Business Central / NAV**

£60,000 - £75,000 + Package

You will work from home with the understanding some travel may be required to clients when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and Dynamics Great Plains implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate discussions to drive decisions and action items.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
- Manage change requests and ensure they are appropriately documented and communicated.
- Mentor and coach junior project team members.
- Provide expertise in Dynamics ERP solutions such as Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP, and Dynamics AX.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Circa 5+ years of experience in project management implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics Great Plains.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Previous experience working in a Consultancy / Microsoft Gold Partner.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and mitigate risks and issues with e xcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation.
- Methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Technical expertise in Dynamics ERP solutions such as Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP, Dynamics AX and D365 Business Central
