This is a fantastic opportunity to join Rotork, a FTSE 250 organisation, in an exciting part of our global transformation. This role is responsible for supporting the Global Operations D365 Transition Manager to deliver change and support within our D365 programme and wider strategy across the supply chain function.

This is a permanent role, based in Leeds on a hybrid basis. There may be the occasional travel to our international sites to support them through change.

Reporting to the D365 Operations Deployment Lead, this role is responsible for supporting the global team to deliver the operations optimisation programme as a process SME. You will be responsible for working with each site to ensure they are aligned from a best practice perspective adopting them as part of Factory readiness.

This position is key to developing the Supply chain process and plans, to align with the global D365 timelines and requirements. You will work with our global sites to ensure that we create robust processes, with a view of driving speed and efficiency.

You will help us navigate our sites through the change, taking us on the journey from ‘as is’ - ‘to be’.

Where there are specific local requirements, you will help create tailored processes and guide them through the change.

**Qualifications**:
Experience Requirements
- Experience working on a substantial change project or upgrade of D365 (ERP project or upgrade).
- Experience working in Supply chain management roles (Production planning and material control)
- Proficient level of knowledge and experience of key Operations processes across the supply chain function
- Demonstrable track record, and sufficient gravitas and experience, to deliver positive, high impact business outcomes and change.
- Experience managing senior internal & external stakeholders to provide information, drive decisions and resolve issues.
- Experience of D365 projects, upgrades and/or implementations
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, in agile and dynamic way to tackle unexpected & emerging issues.
- Experience of driving continuous improvement
