Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, sales negotiator or Valuer?

KO Estates is on the hunt for a new partner locally to Wilmslow and Alderley Edge, as our journey has progressed and our goals have got bigger as a company, we have the vision of becoming a national market player across the whole agency space in the UK property market.

Being based in Wilmslow ourselves, this is an opportunity to work closely together to build momentum as quickly as we can.

Internally we have experience across all parts of the property world but with KO Estates growing massively in the investment space due to social media.

We’re excited to replicate this into the original agency space and help a lot of home owners secure the very best service and price on their homes

How much can you earn:
Our average fee is currently between £12,000-£20,000 and you will be marketing homes around & exceeding the £1,000,000 mark. You will earn between 60% and 80% of all your exchanged fees.

What you do:
Partner Agents can focus on the four main income producing tasks which are, Prospecting, Listing Properties, Selling Properties and Negotiating offers, which is what most Agents enjoy doing and are good at.

What we do:
Provide a complete back-office service - you will have a pre-sales team, post sales

team and admin support team working behind the scenes for y

We help and support with; administration, dealing with calls, booking appointments, marketing, sales progression, marketing exposure, lead generation.

We will provide you with all the tools, support and help you need to be a successful estate agent, earn a great income and enjoy a better work/life balance.

We ensure you are able offer a world class service, with exceptional marketing to your vendors.

Who are we looking for:
We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious and entrepreneurial Agents. Someone who has worked in estate agency previously and looking for their next step up

Benefits to you:
High uncapped earnings with the opportunity to earn over £100,000 per year.

Once we have hit our cap as KO Estates you will then earn 100% of the commission, minus a small administration fee per completion.
