Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same? At David Lewis, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Estates to lead our Estates and Maintenance team and help us continue to provide a safe, inspiring, and well-maintained environment for the people we support.

About the Role:
As our Head of Estates, you'll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring our buildings, facilities, and grounds are not only compliant and efficient but also reflect the care and pride we put into everything we do.

You'll Lead On

  • Planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Contractor and compliance management.
  • Health & safety and building regulations.
  • Supporting capital projects and fire safety programmes.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • A relevant degree or trade qualification (essential).
  • Strong leadership and project management experience.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and facilities compliance.
  • A "can-do, will-do" attitude and a collaborative mindset.
  • A commitment to our values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • NEBOSH or Fire Risk Assessor certification.
  • A Level 3 Project Management qualification.
  • Experience in a charity, healthcare, or education setting.
