Re:volve Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented Client Accounts Assistant to join our Wilmslow based team.

This role offers excellent exposure to all aspects of property financial management while working alongside chartered surveyors and property professionals. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our managed properties while developing your skills in a supportive, director-led environment. **General Duties**

Support role working in our Client Accounts Team, providing accountancy and administration services to our Property & Asset Management, Facilities Management and Building Surveying Teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist property managers with arrears chasing
- Responsible for the upload of supplier invoices onto the Property Management System
- Responsible for management of the purchase ledger inbox
- Responsible for dealing with any supplier chasers and reconciliation of supplier and utility statements
- Assist with general accounting duties across the department including but not limited to receipting of BACs payments and bank reconciliations
- Assisting Client Accountants with Service Charge processes, such as adding budgets to the Property Management System
- Input of Lease Maintenance updates as and when requested.
- Completing daily tasks to ensure smooth running of the department
- Ensuring transparency and efficiency in all tasks
- Ensuring accuracy inputting to internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Review and file documentation accurately
- Comply with Re:volve policies and management system
- To positively contribute to the company’s business plan and to assist in achieving its objectives
- And any other duties that may be required from time to time

**Key Experience & Qualifications Needed - Preferred but not essential**
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Experience and knowledge of property management systems (preferably Re-Leased)
- Strong experience with Microsoft package specifically Outlook and Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Ability to work with Asset Managers, Surveyors and Facilities Managers

**Person Specification**
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Accurate and excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication along with computer literacy
- Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Flexible approach to work
- Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
- Ability to manage various workload volumes is also essential, as that might fluctuate daily.
- Excellent communication skills and be able communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
