CNC Operator

Reports To: Production Manager

To Operate 5 Axis Milling Machines

Working Fri - Sun on alternating 12 Hour shifts

Main Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, high quality components with maximum efficiency
- Competently Operate 5 axis CNC milling machines
- Work to specified tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard
- To work on your own initiative and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process
- Work with managers to implement the companies policies and business objectives
- Keep a clean and manageable working area
- Take a responsible approach to health, safety and environmental risks and report them as appropriate
- Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability as required

Person Specification
- Able to work to deadlines and achieve required output
- Used to working to specified tolerances
- Able to use a variety of manual measuring equipment
- Heidenhain experience desirable
- Able to work under own initiative
- Flexible, positive and courteous approach
- Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Eligible to work in the UK

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
