A leading manufacturing company based in Worcester (Blackpole) are searching for a CNC Operator to join their team working Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00.
The company themselves are a leading manufacturer in their industry.
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Operates computer numeric-controlled heavy machinery and carries out other duties as required
- Oversees machinery setup to make sure arrangement is safe and ready to handle its assigned load
- Setting up Machinery to ensure it is ready for the shift's tasks.
- Load and unload materials manually or with hoists & cranes depending on the weight.
- Ensures Welding, Drilling and punch operations are carried our correctly.
- Inspecting Machines for Mechanical and Safety issues.
- Ensure Machines are kept stocked up through the shift.
- Maintain records on the shift productivity and performance.
As a CNC Operator, you will be required to:

- Previous experience working as a CNC Operator will be essential.
- Previous experience working as with Machines and in Manufacturing will be essential.
- Ready and willing to work overtime when required by the business.
- There will be a physical aspect to this role.
- Happy to work independently and as part of a team.
