**Job Description**:
A Manufacturing company based in Worcester are looking for a Machine/Robot Operator to join their team on a temp - perm or permanent basis working:

- Rotating shift, Monday - Friday, (one week 6:00 - 14:00 and the other week 14:00 - 22:00)
or
- Static PM shift 14:00 - 22:00
or
company themselves have over 40 years' experience in casting supplying to a range of high-profile customers.
As a Machine/Robot Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Assembling products by hand and with the use of hand tools.
- Operating Machinery.
- Operate hydraulic & pneumatic wax injection machines, while producing wax molds within requirements
- Inspect wax molds for defects and repair as needed
- Moving through different parts of the Production area determined by the needs of the business.

As a Machine/Robot Operator, you will be required to:

- Have worked as a Machine/Robot Operator before would be essential.
- Precious experience in an Assembly or Manufacturing environment would be essential.
- Previous experience using tools would be beneficial but not essential.
- A committed and enthusiastic approach to work will be essential.
- Flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime as and when needed by the business.
