We are looking for an experienced and Passionate Recovery Coach

We deliver Help When You Need it, one to one support for adults (18+) affected by mental illness. We offer psychoeducational information, graded exposure, and set goals that are person centred at a pace that can suit the individual needs. The aim is to help people to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social, workplace, and educational activities. We believe in working closely with individuals to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey. We strive to support individuals to independently manage their own mental health day to day.

You will work as part of a team of Mental Health Recovery Coaches, under the direction of the Service Manager and the Team Leader. Focusing on the expressed needs of the service user and providing support to achieve the individual’s independence and recovery goals.

Our team includes the Carers and Black, Minority and Ethnic Groups services, you will have the opportunity to get involved in events and initiatives in all departments.

Working flexibly as part of a team, your hours will be Monday to Friday, 9-5 with occasional weekend work, during events.

Our range of community support services give people in the recovery journey access to personalised help that can rebuild their confidence, help them stay in or return to work, and take part in social activities they enjoy.
