**About Us**

**Role Overview**

The General Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions across the business. This includes supporting production, logistics, quality, and other teams with clerical tasks, data entry, and communication duties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support to all departments.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with production paperwork.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and couriers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous knowledge of ISO standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Desirable**
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or terminology.
- Familiarity with health and safety documentation.
