**Service Administrator**

**TC Harrison Group Ltd**, one of the UK's leading privately owned JCB Distributors, is seeking a highly organised and motivated **Service Administrator** to join our dynamic team in Lincoln part-time. In this crucial role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service office, contributing directly to achieving depot targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input daily engineers' time cards and maintain accurate records.
- Manage work in progress, ensuring all jobs are completed within 30 days.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with engineers and customers.
- Generate service reports and invoices using our CRM system.
- Maintain filing systems and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating a flexible and helpful attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience in service administration or a related field (desirable).
