A boutique Auction House based in the centrally located offices in London's West End is seeking a Dispatch Administrator, paying between £27,500 plus an excellent benefits package, to join their small, highly ambitious and busy team.
This Dispatch Administrator opportunity would be great for someone who has a genuine passion to work within the arts and antiquities, in a company that will constantly be looking to grow and develop you.
The Dispatch Administrator will be involved in the client order fulfilment process, responsible for the administration, processing and shipping of all client orders from start to finish. This will include:
- Handling rare and precious objects with care and precision.
- Preparing paperwork for both Domestic and International shipping through specific couriers.
- Physically preparing and packaging the objects in premium presentation, collectors boxes
- Dealing with customer queries directly to ensure an enjoyable and seamless client experience
- Liaising with couriers such as FedEx directly, sometimes overcoming issues or challenges
