London Heathrow Cars is a friendly taxi / chauffeur company, largest Heathrow service for the past 18 years. Due to constant expansion, we are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team.

Job Specification:

- Taking charge of the operations department during your shift
- Managing resource capacity by ensuring the efficient allocation of bookings, to both evening and the morning Drivers
- Fleet Management and the Supervision of the on-shift Reservations Agent(s)
- Making & amending bookings; providing quotations and assisting passengers in finding their drivers
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as instructed by your line manager

**Requirements**:

- Must have demonstrable dispatch experience, or excellent knowledge of the industry
- Willing to learn and can easily grasp new I.T systems (experience using Cordic will be beneficial)
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (touch-typing preferred)
- Self-motivated; hard working ; with a keen eye for detail
- Trustworthy and reliable, as will be required to work on your own occasionally
- Working from home on a full time basis (computer and phone system will be setup)
- Long-term commitment

Hours: TBC

Will be required to work 5 days a week with at least one weekend day. Though it will be either morning or evening shift, we will need you to be flexible as you may be required to cover

**Salary**: Dependent upon experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
