Job description

JET FLOW UK is a leading plumbing and drainage contractor based in South East London, operating throughout the South of the UK. We are looking for a pro-active and adaptable Dispatch Co-ordinator to work in our busy Operations Office

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person to fill a critical role within a fast-growing company, working as part of a busy, vital team.

**Summary of work and responsibilities in this position**:

- Resolving any incoming enquiries
- Organising and distributing work for Engineers in different departments of the business, keeping in mind KPI’s
- Monitoring on-site times of engineers and requesting uplifts from clients where necessary
- Proactively assisting with the management of daily operational activities
- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports, sending these out to clients to meet deadlines
- Organising travel and accommodation for engineers and other external contacts
- Letter formatting to prompt urgency or works in need of scheduling
- Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.

**Essential requirements**
- Experience in an Administrative Role / Office Environment Background ( Preferably in a similar work environment
- Excellent Organisation & Time Management Skills
- Must have excellent IT Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Must have initiative and be able to work on their own as well as be key member of high functioning Dispatch/Customer Service Team
- Must be able to work well under pressure and be a natural problem solver
- Strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Perm, Full time

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
