**What will I do in the role?**
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
- The first point of contact for all customer queries
- Brand ambassador for your client
- Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

**What do I need?**
- Experience working for a retailer
- Experience working in a luxury background
- Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion
- A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail and highly organised

**Education/Studies**:
Not essential, but beneficial)
- Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
- Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
- Make-up Artists
- Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare

**Working Hours**:
Part time - 20 hours per week

Core working hours: 14:00-23:00 Monday to Friday (and between 09:00-01:00 Monday to Saturday during peak periods)

Please note, training will be full time - 40 hours per week for 10 days

The working hours during training will be 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday

**Location**:
Remote (WFH) or in our Southend-on-Sea office
