**What will I do in the role?**
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
- The first point of contact for all customer queries
- Brand ambassador for your client
- Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

**What do I need?**
- Experience working for a retailer
- Experience working in a luxury background
- Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion
- A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail and highly organised
- C2 Level of English required

**Languages Requirement**:

- Fluent in French both verbal and written

**Education/Studies**:
Not essential, but beneficial)
- Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
- Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
- Make-up Artists
- Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare

**Working Hours**:

- Part time - 20 hours per week
- Core working hours between 09:00-13:00 Monday to Friday (and between 09:00-01:00 Monday to Saturday during peak periods)

**Location**:

- Remote (WFH) or in our Southend-on-Sea office

You **MUST** have an Apple or Android smartphone equipped with either iOS 15.0 (or later) or Android 12 (or later). This is required as part of the multi-factor authentication setup to safeguard your Ventrica account.

**Hardware & Software: Anti-Virus Protection**

When using a personal device, we do **only** support Windows Defender antivirus software for Microsoft devices and X-Protect for MAC OS (built-in the OS).

**The use of any other antivirus software will not be supported.**
