Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Bedford based client who deal with Security systems and integrations, fire protection, occupant safety and wellness as well as monitoring and maintenance. Our client are looking for someone to join for a fixed termto assist them as a Customer Service Supervisor.
Job Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 12-14 months contract
- Free Parking
- Office based

Some Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Supervisor Role:
- Providing leadership, development and coaching of direct reports to create a motivated and engaged team.
- Agreeing internal team department objectives and cascading these into individual objectives and development plans.
- Taking ownership (with support from HR) of people related matters, to include disciplinary, recruitment and retention.
- Working closely with and coaching Customer Care Team/Renewals team to improve service levels, client retention and potential sales opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of ISO9001, NSI and BAFE standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commercial and Financial awareness
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads whilst motivating others to do the same.
