**The role**
This role can be based from our Bristol or Basingstoke offices.
Key Deliverables include:
- Taking the lead on developing new digital projects to support commercial and brand growth
- Understand ing and utilising customer segments and personas to deliver best-in-class customer journeys
- Managing the database to ensure best-in-class database marketing and data compliance
- Measuring and reporting on platform and digital activity performance to influence future activity, briefs and projects
- Briefing external agencies to ensure digital activity meets objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to Sovereign's corporate objectives
**What we're looking for**:
- Experienced within digital strategies (including but not limited to PPC, Google Ads, Display Ads, paid social)
- Practice generating leads for sales and marketing purposed via digital marketing
- Previous experience working with external agencies to ensure digital activity meets objectives
- Understanding of utilising customer segments and personas to deliver best-in-class customer journeys
- A thorough understanding of database marketing and data compliance (GDPR)
