Marketing Executive / £30,000- £45,000 pa / Basingstoke.
As the company approaches its 20th Anniversary they are looking to expand/ upgrade and reach new markets through Marketing Activities.
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for allMarketing activities includingplanning / Strategy / Compliance/ BusinessTrends/ Online / offline/ Marketing Campaigns.
We are looking to recruit someone that has driven, commitment, passion and energy to may their mark and mould and shape the Marketing functions across the business. We are looking for a Marketing manager to take full ownership of all marketing functions withinthe Business.
Job Responsibilities: For the Marketing Executive:

- Website and social media platforms
- Develop relationships with new and existing vendors + support internal sales team
- Develop a lead generation strategy for both white space propositions and new customer acquisitions
Preferred Skills: Marketing Executive:

- The role holder will be responsible to deliver the marketing function themselves so must be totally hands-on and a doer
- Working knowledge of marketing software to carry out the role examples being Salesforce, Pardot, web platforms such as WordPress as well as MS Office suite of products is a necessity
Personal Attributes: Marketing Executive:

- An all-rounder, versatile and adaptable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- The ability to multitask effectively with excellent analytical, problem-solving, strong negotiation and organisational skills
- Have a good working knowledge of MS office, social media, and website software
- Working knowledge of marketing software to carry out the role examples being Salesforce, Pardot, web platforms such as WordPress as well as MS Office suite of products is a necessity
Salary, Hours and Benefits: Marketing Executive:

- £30,000-£35,000pa
- Monday-Friday from 09:00-to 17:30
- 37.5 hours per week
- Perm + Benefits Package
