LOVE Care can regularly be seen on Scottish news broadcasts about the positive changes we are trying to implement across the sector to improve pay and conditions for carers. Without the best people, we cannot provide the highest level of service our users have come to expect. We understand that as rewarding a job in care can be, at times it can also be demanding, which is why we have invested in our Wellbeing and Counselling service that all staff have access to.

**Essential Criteria-**
- At least 3 years of experience working with children with challenging behaviour and autism in a professional capacity or local community
- An SVQ3 in social care or having a HNC in social care or equivalent
- A valid UK driving license with access to your own vehicle

**Work Hours**:A flexible working pattern to cover day and evening shifts and alternate weekends is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- caring for children and young people: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- HNC/SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (required)
- Driving licence with access to own car (required)
