We are now recruiting for Project Workers that will be based in our brand new LOVE Hub based in our Glasgow office

**This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced, passionate and genuinely caring individuals to join our LOVE Team, this is a combined role supporting vulnerable children and young adults within the hub and the community.**

**As a LOVE Project Worker, your responsibilities will include**:

- **Building good relationships with our young people and encouraging them to achieve their goals.**:

- **Plan activities in line with working towards goals and outcomes for our young people.**:

- **Working in a positive way with parents and partner agencies to ensure the best opportunities are available for our young people.**:

- **The ability to communicate and document important relevant information and any updates to management.**:

- **Creating Care Plans and supporting Assistant Project Workers.**:

- **Attending meetings as appropriate and to participate in the effective, supportive, and efficient working of the team.**:

- **Having an understanding of the principles of safeguarding and child protection legislation.**:

- **Supporting staff supervisions and spot checks.**
- Have experience working with young people with complex needs.
- Be resourceful and to be able to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude with consistency and patience.
- Able to show you can build a good rapport and relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to empower and inspire confidence in others.
- A relevant qualification relating to health and social care.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
