We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our growing customer service contact centre operation based in the Sunderland area as a Customer Service Advisor.

The role is to deal with incoming calls from customers with the aim of promoting products and giving excellent customer service at all times.

This role is perfect for those with no previous customer service or contact centre experience as fully paid training is provided along with ongoing development.

**For you**:

- **£11.50 per hour (full-time, permanent)**:

- **Shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday**:

- **Employee Discount Scheme**

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Schedule:
