**Job Title**: Customer Care Co-ordinator (Cambridge)

**Salary**: £9.40 per hour

**Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm 15 hours pw (flexible)**

**Location**: Cambridge

**Your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Scheduling appointments with customers
- Effective promotion and selling of add-on products where applicable
- Diary management
- Manage in-store CRM? to the highest standard
- Processing customer payments
- Support towards compliance with all administrative duties
- Ensure the right quantity and range of stock is kept at all times
- Carry out all store administrative and logistics task's as required and to a high standard
- Customer care

**Professional skills, Experience and Attributes Required**:

- Computer literate including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A pro-active mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile & react positively to change
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with others
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems
- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on the telephone and face
- to-face
