As an Exams and Security Co-ordinator, you will be playing a vital role in helping to produce exam materials for our learners all over the world. You will have the opportunity to liaise with a range of interesting and influential people and teams, and really coordinate the lifecycle of our exams. From working with Assessment Managers to help produce our tests, to liaising with our printers to manage production, to supporting the Helpdesk team with live queries, this role definitely will be varied.

**About the role**

Providing high-quality administrative services, you will process exam materials in a timely manner, ensuring that quality assurance of exams and security is maintained. You will manage, update and maintain data on various internal systems, along with processing tests according to agreed procedures and deadlines. You will also create schedules for live exam papers and monitor the progress of all tests to ensure the pre-agreed timetables are met.

Working with a range of stakeholders across Cambridge University Press & Assessment, you will train new starters on our processes and work with Item Writers and Assessment Specialists to manage the vetting and proofreading of our tests. As our “bridge” to a range of teams in Cambridge, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the improvement and testing of new processes, and support the wider Assessment and Operations teams.

**About you**

You will have good written and verbal communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook). Time management and decision making comes naturally to you, and you will have the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease, although you will have experience following documented processes and procedures. Providing a high level of customer service will come easily to you, and you will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
