**Based - Ludlow**

**The Role.
My client is a specialist in the supply of mid to high end lighting and furniture to both residential projects and through contracts.

They Source and supply a wide range of lighting and furniture for every aspect of the home.

**Key Responsibilities.
- Helping out the HR and Finance Department
- General Office based tasks - data entry, Holiday booking, assisting accounts
- Filling
- Printing and Directing post to appropriate department
- Completion of CRM database and paperwork
- Employment Contracts.
- Staff personnel Files
- Purchase Invoices checking against PO numbers
- Payroll
- Annual leave Tracker
- Producing Sales invoices

**Requirements.
- Book Keeping experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Data Entry experience
