Spire Bristol Hospital have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator.
**Working Hours**:0 hrs contract, if working shifts then it is 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
- As Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department for patients, visitors and staff. _
**Duties and responsibilities**
**These will include but are not limited to**:
- To greet and provide a customer focused, professional and effective service that exceeds expectations to all Patients, Consultants, and Visitors to the hospital
- To deal with all telephone enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner
- To give clear, concise information to all enquiries
- To liaise with Catering Department regarding orders for refreshments by patients and visitors
- To inform insurance companies if extended length of stay is required to keep insurance companies informed of emergency admissions
- Ensure that patient notes are up to date and in correct order and are taken to the appropriate place when a patient episode is complete.
- Ensure that all filing of results and other information is accurately filed in the patient’s notes
**Who we're looking for**
- Previous relevant experience in an administrative support role
- Customer facing role
- Computer literate
- Adept at handling various calls on a daily basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
