**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Collate and present Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information as required.
- Print and deliver Reprographics materials such as books, hand-outs, pamphlets, programmes, certificates etc.
- Operate the colour and black and white printers, digital print software and equipment such as binders, hole-punch machines and guillotines.
- Provide a Reprographics reception function, including collecting and booking in print jobs.
- Actively promote a safe working culture and adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Mitie safety procedures.
- Undertake other tasks as determined by the Mitie Line Manager including emerging requirements as the business need evolves. This will include training to support/cover other Mitie areas.

They will be responsive to the demands of the customer, be pro-active and versatile and have the ability to adapt to changing business needs. Well-presented and discrete, the post holder must present a positive image of Mitie's company values.

The post holder will have:

- The ability to deliver - or quickly learn to deliver - an assortment of varied machines to process customer requests.
- The ability to work independently using own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills and experience of working to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude to changing work requirements.
- Educated to GSCE level, or can provide evidence of previous equivalent experience.
- Good customer-facing skills and the ability to develop close business working relationships with a high degree of integrity.
- The confidence and flexibility to work as an operative in different Mitie and Office Services departments as required by the line manager and as the role evolves.

**Additional Information**
- MOD security clearance will be required (Proof of Right to Work in UK essential).
- Requirement to work 37½ hours per week full-time (Mon to Fri).
- Required to wear approved company work-wear.
