**Job Purpose**

Working with the Restaurant Team, it will be your responsibility to assist in the daily operation of the restaurant and bar department for Twr Y Felin Hotel. You will inspire the team to deliver a consistently high level of guest service within the department whilst maximising sales opportunities for the hotels.

**What we Expect from you**

As supervisor, you will supervise the daily operations in the restaurant and bar areas, anticipating guests’ needs, wherever possible, in order to deliver exceptional quality of service and, in turn, guest satisfaction and inspire your team to do the same.

Take orders accurately and post the orders accurately in a time efficient manner, and be fully conversant and able to operate the Point of Sale (POS) system in order to achieve this.

Communicate information on the daily specials and other promotions to the food and beverage team, and ensure standards of upselling along with cashing up and reconciling end of day reports.

You should have a good command of all menus, wine lists, cocktail ingredients and presentation for all drinks to deliver recommendations to the guests and colleagues and be able to create bespoke drinks when required.

**What We Are Looking For**:
As Restaurant and Bar Supervisor at Twr Y Felin Hotel, Penrhiw and Roch Castle, you are always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should ideally have:

- Genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to drive the company’s reputation forward.
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor would be preferable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards.
- Strong leadership, motivational skills, capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring others.
- Previous experience in training and developing a team is desirable.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Good IT skills are desirable.
- Possess exceptional guest service skills with a can do attitude.
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
- Flexible attitude to working patterns over 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
