Our Technical Business Partner is a critical role reporting to the Group CIO, this role is accountable for the end-to-end IT solutions supporting our businesses. **About You**
- Accountable to the MDs/operating boards for overall IT service delivery and technology advancement at local business level providing technology inputs and best practices guidance to support business improvement at both Board and operational levels.
- Understanding the business, its needs, workflows/processes and structure of both today and its future direction to synthesise business requirements into user stories for the IT roadmap.
- Drive pro-active service management, operational stability and operational resilience by representing and championing the business interests through managing Group IT delivery via agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Lead business case development by providing IT costs, approach and impacts, including identifying and planning for the use of external suppliers where appropriate.
- Pro-actively participate in the business’ planning and annual budgeting process to deliver input to the IT budget and the business investment requirements.
- Work closely with Business Stakeholders and Change Leads to build a business pipeline of IT projects, supporting appropriate business prioritisation process processes.
- Working as part of the business leadership team develop a rolling 3-year IT / digital strategy aligned to the business ambitions and strategy
- Ensuring projects and products being delivered by Group IT meet the strategic and operational objectives of the business and align with the IT strategy and, where appropriate, other programmes across the Group.
- Support the delivery of business IT portfolio by partnering with IT Project Managers to help with management and communication to key business stakeholders and removing blockers to ensure project objectives, timescales and budgets are met.
