**Role Overview**:
As the first point of contact for our trade customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring every client receives outstanding service. You’ll manage customer queries, update clients on orders and deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a proactive attitude to deliver the service our trade partners expect.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer orders from confirmation through to delivery
- Provide regular updates on delivery schedules, lead times, and charges
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
- Keep customers informed about stock availability and any changes to their order
- Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure a smooth delivery process
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details
- Support the sales team by ensuring customers receive consistent, reliable service

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or B2B support
- Excellent communication skills - friendly, professional, and clear
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, CRM systems)
- A proactive, problem-solving approach to customer needs
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
