**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage, particularly in English and Spanish.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to analyse information quickly and provide solutions effectively.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is beneficial but not required.
