Job Summary:
Customer Service Experience is essential for this role. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Administration Assistant.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

**Duties**:

- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
- Analyse customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Assist in Inventory management
- Assist in Ordering necessary supplies / products as required when necessary

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are necessary.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and ability to navigate computer systems / different sofrware packages is essential.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
