**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Experience of calling customers and converting leads into successful projects
- Ability to be proactive and results driven
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Fully IT literate with experience in MS Office
- Experience of managing calendars and booking appointments
- Ability to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent time management and committed to getting the job done
**What will I be doing?**
As a Customer Services Administrator at Eco By Assure, you’ll be at the very heart of our business, responsible for carrying out a range of tasks that include but are not limited to:
- Calling leads generated through ad campaigns and other lead generation sources. Please note that this is a cold calling role
- Carrying out pre-qualification assessments via telephone, prior to survey (training will be provided)
- Completing data matching of customers (training will be provided)
- Accurately enter customer information and interactions into the database
- Planning and arranging surveys with customers across the UK
- Liaising with customers and surveyors to ensure all leads are surveyed promptly and efficiently based on availability and location
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
