Your opportunity is to join the team as a Trainer, within an organisation where data is at the heart of everything they do.
**About the Role**
The successful Trainer will be required to deliver both live and web-based training programmes. Your role will involve generating training materials, preparing the training environment, and delivering training sessions on the company’s data and systems. The role will involve some overnight stays and travel around the UK. No two days are the same in this role, you will constantly be learning new things and new modules when they are developed. You will be working in a small team of 4 and will be expected to share the admin duties as well as some customer support queries.
**You will have the following experience**:
- Experience in training design and delivery
- Experience in delivering training online and offline & understanding of the training cycle
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages notably Excel
**About You**
As the Trainer, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the successful delivery of the training function
- Generate training materials
- Preparing the learning environment
- Delivering training presentations on the company’s data and Systems
