**Location**:Remote to cover the Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire, area
**Role**:Hospitality Vocational Trainer

**What you'll do as a Hospitality Vocational Trainer**
- Coaching and supporting your apprentices throughout their course, shaping their learning experience, and providing support and guidance
- Carrying out enrolments and initial assessments with your learners to identify their learning needs
- Delivering a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions with your apprentices and employers. This will include travel to employer sites and workplaces throughout your region
- Progressing learners through their qualifications through observation, work product, written evidence, professional discussions, and other methods
- Ensuring all regulatory and financial information is accurate and maintained for each apprentice
- Acting as an ambassador for HIT Training, marketing our organisation to employers and your connections in your local area
**About you**
If you’re passionate about passing on your skills and knowledge to the next generation of the hospitality industry, so are we To be a successful Hospitality Vocational Trainer, we’re also looking for the following skills and experience, at least 2 years experience as a senior line manager within a hospitality environment with experience managing one or more of the following: F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, Kitchen. Administration plays a large part in the role, so good computer literacy is a must. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Our Hospitality Vocational Trainers with HIT can expect a competitive starting salary of £22,000 - £30,000 depending on your skills and experience.
