We are currently recruiting for a Reporting Administrator to assist with the generation and extraction of a wide range of data from the Company’s systems, for use in strategic analysis and planning. The role will report to the Licensing Data Analyst within the Marketing & Portfolio department and will assist and support with critical report generation and analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accountability for daily management of the royalty process, including preparing regular reports on performance.
- Assisting the Licensing Data Analyst with forecasting and ensure the accuracy of all databases and financial trackers, updating them regularly.
- Prepare, upload, and send reports to licensors and other teams across EMEA and USA businesses where necessary.
- Manage invoices and ensure payments are processed by contractual deadlines.
- Creating regular and ad-hoc reports and merging data from different internal systems and documents, ensuring that data is extracted, analysed, and presented in a timely manner and appropriate format.
- Being the primary point of contact during audits, ensuring that requested data is available and accurate at all times.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders in respect of data or reporting requests.
- Undertake any reasonable ad hoc request as required by the department, business or in the fulfillment of key responsibilities.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Strong knowledge and skills with the entire Microsoft Office suite, in particular advanced Excel skills will be essential.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with demonstrable experience of delivering to deadlines.
- Proven experience of delivering in an administrative role or function.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to critically review the accuracy of data generated.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as advanced numerical skills.
- Previous experience of reporting on royalties is highly desirable.
- Previous experience of working in an international environment or with overseas markets is highly desirable.
- The ability to read and interpret contracts and agreements is highly desirable.
