Purchasing Administrator Bristol
£As a result of continued growth, my client is looking to strengthen the team further by the appointment of an ambitious and driven Purchasing Administrator. This is an opportunity with great potential for progression for an ambitious and talented Purchasing professional. The Purchasing Administrator supports the purchasing team by managing supplier and product records, contributing to purchasing projects and reporting to support effective decision-making.

Manage supplier data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with processes.
Assist with project-based work such as supplier onboarding, system/process improvements, and category reviews.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc purchasing reports
Maintain accurate filing of purchasing and project documentation.
Provide administration support for tenders, price lists, and supplier performance reviews.
Support the Stock Control Manager on cross functional projects
Support the rest of the Stock Control Team with administration tasks where required

Experience in purchasing or supply chain administration.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel and ERP systems.
Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
