As an Administrator at Amba Health and Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operational aspects of our organisation. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, primarily focused on the set-up and installation of devices. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail is essential in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
Platform:
- Set up, install, and maintain devices.
- Monitor the support mailbox and address issues promptly.
- Identify and report device issues, tracking closure to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collate information, including reports and exports, for analysis and action.
- Identify the appropriate person to address any platform issues.
Devices:
- Stock administration
- Navigate and input data into native platforms.
- Order, configure, and troubleshoot devices as needed.
- Deal with device queries and monitor and follow up on device reports.
- Support with the implementation of devices for customers.
Customers:
- Monitor the customer support inbox.
- Contact customers as necessary, especially in the absence of the Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Additional administrative support as required including but not limited to; recruitment, finance, team events, and office support as directed by the Office Manager.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for travel.
- Flexibility for national travel and overnights for installations and customer support.
Due to the location of stock, this role will be mostly office-based in our central Bristol location with some remote working possible. This role can be full-time or at least 30 hours per week with 6 hours required every day.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
