**The role**

As a research executive, you will join the Insight Team, responsible for supporting the clients brands, understanding their audiences, and researching the products and services displayed on their websites.

Your main focus is to manage qualitative, quantitative, and community research projects alongside senior researchers. Your aim is to gain direct qualitative consumer insight into the navigation buying journey, transforming the findings to create more tailored,trustworthy, and authoritative content.

**Key duties**
- As a research executive, you will collect data using mixed method techniques on consumers, audiences, competitors, and the market
- Conduct interviews with internal and external audiences, clients, and consumers
- Provide top-quality transcriptions of interviews to the wider team
- Support the team on brand building as well as audience insight lead projects

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable being proactive and working independently
- Strong interest in integrating new research techniques
- Interest in working with data and insights in publishing to reach business goals
