A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.

This is a part-time role (12-24 hours per week), and the hours can be worked flexibly. The position is based on-site from their office in Carshalton.

Within this role, you will work closely with the Directors with all administrative duties and playing a pivotal part in delivering a successful admin support role. Key responsibilities will include supporting all admin processes, including creating listings on eBay / amazon / website and another other sales channel, replying to customers, helping operations, processing returns, inspecting goods received etc

In order to be suitable for this position you will be a personable individual with proven administration experience, paired with excellent communication skills both oral and written. You will understand the importance of confidentiality and alongside this, you will have strong IT skills.
- Provide full administrative support to the Directors to help manage the business
- Handle issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the Director’s absence
- Complete daily business administration tasks
- Respond to customers
- Manage and oversee warehouse staff according to best business practices
- Oversee stock take and managing stock (incoming and outgoing) using company methods
- Create listings online
- Many other office and business management tasks will be there so a flexible and can do approach needed
- Someone who can work on their own or in a team and just get things done

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
