As an Admin Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the contract with administration duties, logistics and setting in as a point of contact for customer activations if/when needed.

You will be reporting directly into the Guest Services Manager, also working closely with the Deputy Guest Services Manager and Guest Experience Manager. Our contract extends across Victoria and London city, meaning you would be part of a team of approximately 40 Rapport Ambassadors.

**_ Hours: _**24 per week (Tuesday - Thursday, covering shifts from 8:30am - 5:30pm)

**Main responsibilities**
- Contract expenditure reporting
- Quotes & Invoicing
- Source items of purchase as requested by Guest Services Manager or Client
- PO tracking & note taking
- Remittance & Payment reporting / Monthly / Quarterly
- Foodbuy Purchasing / Invoice approval
- Timesheet processing
- Amenity stock management
- Quarterly / Monthly visitor reporting
- KPI formatting & performance monitoring
- Adhoc IT ticket requests
- Additional administrative tasks as requested by Guest Services Manager
- Logistics/on the day support as needed by Guest Experience Manager
