An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an Administration Assistant for the Home First Team based at Bodfan, Eryri Hospital, Caernarfon

The post holder will act as the first point of contact and will provide Information, Advice and Assistance (IAA) to other departments and colleagues dealing with referrals; offering comprehensive support.

The hours of work will be over 7 days per week between the hours of 8.00 am - 6.00 pm.

The post holder will administer and maintain the efficient and effective running of the Department; answering individual enquiries promptly and professionally providing a coordination role where appropriate.

The post holder will have a key role in ensuring referrals are collated, reports and data information is accurate, liaising with clinical staff ensuring activity is recorded and information shared seamlessly.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
