Office Administrator

We are an engineering company based in central Birmingham.
We are looking for an administrator to join our small and friendly office team.
You will be dealing with internal employees & liaising with clients this is a very varied role with scope for development.
The successful administrator will have various prerequisite skills that include having outstanding people skills and the ability to build good relationships.
**What does the role entail?**
- assist with parts ordering and other procurement related tasks
- Liaise with factory regarding dispatch and goods in & resolve any related issues
- Administration including raising invoices, creating purchase orders & issuing quotes
- Adhoc project work as required
**What Skills are required?**
- Team player
- Initiative
- Good time keeping
- Great organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of office suite, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel
We are flexible with regards to start and finish times and are currently operating a 4 day working week for the factory. The administrator would be expected to work alternate Friday's 8am-12.30pm from home.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.50-£10.75 per hour
